A family of farmers
With over 30 years of experience in agriculture, our family started producing tomatoes in the late 1980s and we now manage over 800 hectares of organic fruit and vegetables such as asparagus, nectarines, peaches or watermelons.
Our commitment
We believe in creating sustainable value. Such a responsibility can only be achieved through two critical principles: guaranteeing the best products to our clients and by developing those practices that protect our environment through the sustainable management of our farms. Packaging House
The idea behind Biofruex is simple: guaranteeing the highest levels of quality of the fruits and vegetables produced in our organic farms to our clients. With the construction of our own packhouse, we filled that strategic purpose.
At SAT Biosphera, we ensure the protection of health and the environmental guarantee, as a universal right of present and future generations. Having a proprietary packing house demonstrates that commitment. The company’s priority is to offer a wide range of products that meet the most demanding legal requirements for food safety, complying with the highest standards of product quality management and ensuring a sustainable production model.
Consequently, we meet the highest degree of compliance with the requirements of certification entities such as IFS and BRC quality management, Global Gap farm management, GRASP social management, and compliance.
We control crucial processes and procedures such as stock conservation, product classification, handling and packaging that allow us to meet our clients’ expectations.
